D-ISO NAAT, molecular circuitry that amplifies DNA/RNA without a thermal cycler.

Nucleic Acid Amplification Technology (NAAT) is the gold standard for infectious disease detection, but it has always needed a lab. D-ISO NAAT changes that.

How It Works

Three steps. One uninterrupted field workflow.

Step 1

Rapid NA Extraction

D-SWIFT extracts nucleic acid from blood, sputum, swab, saliva or solid tissue in 5 minutes, no centrifuge, no heat block.

Step 2

Isothermal Amplification

Extracted DNA/RNA is amplified at a constant ambient temperature of 30–45°C via D-NOME's patented molecular circuitry, no thermal cycling required.

Step 3

Detection & Read-out

Results are read via D-ISO NAAT LFA (lateral flow) in 35 minutes, or in real-time on PupaQuant qPCR devices for quantitative results.

Performance

Built for accuracy, validated at scale.

D-ISO NAAT's synthetic molecular circuitry has been validated on 500+ clinical samples across multiple disease applications, consistently delivering laboratory-grade results in field conditions.

  • >95% sensitivity & specificity across validated assays
  • Ambient temperature operation, 30–45°C, no cold chain dependency
  • 35-minute end-point format and real-time quantitative format
  • Patent-protected synthetic biology circuit design

Formats

Two ways to read the result.

D-ISO NAAT LFA (Lateral Flow)

A simple end-point lateral flow read-out delivering a clear positive/negative result in 35 minutes, ideal for rapid field screening with no instrumentation required.

Real-Time Quantitative PCR

D-ISO PCR kits run on D-NOME's PupaQuant 16 & 8 devices, or existing real-time PCR platforms, for sample-to-answer results in 30 minutes, no pipetting required.
